Sondela Event Support Foundations – Year 1 is an internal workplace-development programme built around eight named Sondela events in 2026, followed by an event-planning project, a final practical project and a portfolio.
Important: This is a non-credit-bearing programme. It is not registered on the National Qualifications Framework, does not award SAQA credits, and is not an accredited national qualification.
Each event module contains a five-question self-marking quiz, a Proof of Participation submission and a post-event assignment. The pass standard for all graded activities is 75%.
Sondela Event Operations – Year 2 is an internal workplace-development programme built around eight Sondela event environments, followed by an Operations Planning & Resource Control Project, a final operations practical and a portfolio.

Year 2 moves the learner from assisting to operating a defined event function under supervision. Each event module contains a five-question self-marking quiz, an Operational Responsibility Evidence submission and a post-event operations assignment. The pass standard for every graded activity is 75%.
Sondela Event Coordination and Leadership - Year 3 is an internal workplace-development programme built around eight Sondela event environments, followed by a Coordination Planning and Team Leadership Project, a final coordination practical and a portfolio.

Year 3 moves the learner from operating an event function to coordinating people, resources and a defined event area under supervision. Each event module contains a five-question self-marking leadership quiz, a Coordination and Leadership Evidence submission and a post-event leadership assignment. The pass standard for every graded activity is 75%.
